Mr. Pansacola has more than 20 years experience in marketing communications in the airline, aviation, transportation, and logistics industries, both as a corporate executive and as a consultant.
He spent many years with advertising and marketing agencies handling key airline accounts, including Saudi Arabian Airlines and Malaysia Airlines before moving to the client side, with Saudi Arabian Airlines in its Jeddah headquarters where his responsibilities included global marketing communications. He participated in the formation of the airline's Frequent Flyer Program and oversaw all Internet-related marketing efforts, including the development of the corporate website, which was among the first in the region.
Mr. Pansacola has been a consultant since 1997, advising Saudi Arabian Airlines on major projects and handling web-based marketing efforts for the Geneva-based business airline, Club Airways. He has also done work for the National Transportation Company of Qatar and Agility Logistics of Kuwait, through the JWT agency. He was active in major projects involving the use of technology to enhance marketing performance ' supervising the setting up of call centers in the Middle East and providing advice on Customer Relationship Management programs, including the planning and implementation of Loyalty Programs.
As a consultant at ACA, Mr. Pansacola has conducted a market study for general aviation in the Arabian Gulf for a local investment group that is establishing a charter company for business executives. He is presently engaged in developing a Business Plan for what will be a Jeddah-based commercial air charter company and is developing various project proposals related to fleet planning, ground handling services, air cargo services, aircraft leasing, helicopter services, and a Flight Training Center.
Mr. Pansacola is a member of the American Management Association and the American Marketing Association.
